Live from the European Parliament with the kind support of FoodDrinkEurope

Join us on November 15 at 16.00 for a live event from the European Parliament.

What does a healthy diet look like (and can it also include processed food)?

This event will discuss the role of processed food and drink in delivering positive outcomes for a healthy Europe.

How can we reverse the incidence of non-communicable diseases?

How can we tackle obesity?

Are processed foods part of the problem or part of the solution?

The event will be moderated by Dan Sobovitz who will ensure a lively discussion with expert input from a high calibre of speakers.

Nutritionist Barbara Bray MBE will talk about what a healthy and balanced diet looks like.

FoodDrinkEurope’s Will Surman will outline the challenges and opportunities for food manufacturers to contribute to a healthier Europe.

MEP Manuela Ripa will talk about how policymakers can create a legislative environment to deliver healthier diets.

Food scientist Vincenzo Fogliano will explore the research behind ensuring innovative and healthy foods.
