Nicotine and Society: Ahead of the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD3)

Live from the European Parliament

Presented by EPHI

There is a fast development of new tobacco-free nicotine products. And it changes everything. From strategies for tobacco control to new harm reduction policies.

If governments are to make public health benefits out of this development, they need to understand this new landscape.

In view of the upcoming revision of the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD3) we welcome you to take part in this seminar and in-depth discussion on new nicotine products.

Together we will explore whether the upcoming revision calls for regulating a new threat to public health, or whether it is an opportunity to correct mistakes from TPD2 and give Europe the harm reduction approach to tobacco control that will once and for all give us a smoke free Europe.
